hi my name is Robert and reading teacher of the week I talked to senior Jay Lewis about who she wouldn't nominate he helps you whenever you need it and he doesn't let you give up no matter how much you want to kiss you pushing and he keeps pushing you to do better in his class and he's always there for me no this is my first year at Horizon and is being nominated as teacher of the week let you know that I am doing my job and the kids they like me I'm excited about it I don't want them to know that the class that I'm teaching it is actually stuff that they going to need in a real-world Shaw Leasing call finances and thinking about taking a biopsy for No Escape so if you want to be entrepreneur you want to own your own business the classes to have to I'm teaching you how to budget your money outside budgeting your money in person Finance Auto Budget your money as your business I just want them to know that this is a class that they really need and they're going to use for the rest of your life care of the week our second teacher is Mr. I asked off one Diamond Glenn why he would nominate mr. Williams clearly helps me understand the goal and purpose of the assignment he also has a and I know if it's doing is making her feel welcome when they asked the classroom and yeah, they meet for the things I do in my classroom definitely the honorable mention to show affection from then I'm ready for my stupid sister and college how to be outside of school and I hope all of that is a terminated and the stuff that we talked about in my classroom not just related to classroom content but related to the lessons and journey that you take outside of the classroom hi my name is ananya and this is our senior spotlight what has been the best part of saying here's the best part of saying is that I get to meet new people who will students and be all right to say that I might be leaving what has been the most challenging part of senior year is that I have to make sure everything is okay before I leave like I have to make sure my grades are good make sure that I I made it into college and at work is challenging is so so I wasn't angry and Ice around the hallways mr4 used to tell me to go back in class what are you looking for at the graduation at University I have a scholarship at Wright State University for sports I'm going there for medical field when becoming a general surgeon when I come we're here when Miss McKnight your first question is the new position at the high school what is the difference between your new role in your old world now and was it and what are the distances assistant principal I worked on hand in hand with the teeth I was doing observations and kind of being the trainer or the teacher of the teachers in this new position I'm able to work closely with the checking to make sure they have their graduate requirements for credit those two seniors that want to go to college and get that and get him ready for that so I think what I like the most is why I made this change was because I wanted to get back with working with the stupid so I have a few more questions for I want to ask you how long have you been at Horizon I have been at Horizon schools about 12 or 13 years with the kids and I'm getting them ready for Life After Horizon oh that was that was that was my next question live at the rising so how do you how do you help how do you help kids after Horizon getting them to graduate that's the big and then what are they going to do when they walk out these doors because they have to have a plan they have to either work back at skills for or they need to go to a trade school are they need to go to college or the military because just walking out without a plan is not going to fly with us. Her eyes and they need to be able to have a plan to turn 25 what were they going to do when they 30 hi my name is the lion it's crazy time would you rather always be 10 minutes late or always be to 20 minutes early 10 minutes late question would you rather spend a week in a fourth or a night in a real haunted house would you rather spend a week in a forest or a night in a real haunted house question would you rather find a rat in your kitchen or roach in your bed right under the sheets alright would you rather have 8 oz or we want but in your life over again for a full year or take 3 years off the end of your life 53 is off why because I'm not but the same thing over and over again I was born okay what do whether never eat watermelon ever again or before Stu eat watermelon every milk before would you rather get a paper cut every time you turn it page or bite your tongue every time you eat by my time k you rather oversleep every day for a week or not get any sleep at all for 4 days over sleep everyday why not why I need my sleep I need my beauty sleep bro my name is Khan black Mystic ordered a life is not a problem to be solved but a reality to be experienced from Horizon homecoming
