CYSP students visited Sinclair College on Saturday March 7th. They said “We had a great time on our tour of Sinclair as we explored their campus”.
We presented a check for $330 to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This was an effort by all our students but Our First period Turkish/Spanish class lead the fundraiser with the most money raised.
Our Robotics team RoboHawks participated in Vex regional tournament on February 22nd. VEX Competitions bring STEM skills to life by tasking teams of students with designing and building a robot to play against other teams in a game-based engineering challenge. We took a trip to Riverscape to go skating. It was many of the kids first time on the ice and they did great. We have a lot of naturals at this school!
